1 Week Down
7 Days. I've made it through 7 days. Not easy but not as difficult as I expected. I do find myself in a food rut and looking for ways to get out of it.
I crave pop tarts. I know, I know. Odd craving for sure. I've also noticed the craving is when I'm stressed out and usually in the evening after the Munchkinlanders are in bed. I have managed to fend off the urge to cheat. YAY Me!!
Another bonus is I'm getting through the afternoon w/o the usual "I need chips/choco/popcorn" urge.
Here's to the next 7 days. 1 week at a time.
